Your plan organizes your offer, proposed service area, positioning, operations, priorities, and next steps around the information you provide. It is customized to one business concept in one agreed city or county.
We research relevant information about your proposed area. Depending on your business, this may include population, household income, age groups, household characteristics, or other useful customer information. You receive the findings, their sources, and an explanation of how they relate to your idea. Where information is unavailable or too broad to answer a question reliably, we say so.
Understand relevant competitors, what they offer, and opportunities worth exploring. Publicly available pricing is included where useful and available. We explain possible ways to distinguish your offer without pretending that research can guarantee sales.
Know which registrations, licenses, permits, zoning questions, and insurance requirements may apply to your specific business activity and location. Your plan shows how stated sales and expense assumptions could affect the business. Plus includes a basic scenario. Premium includes three scenarios using different assumptions. Do I need to know everything about my business already? No. Share what you know and mark uncertain answers as not sure. We identify missing information and assumptions as part of the planning process.
Will you handle the licenses and applications for me? We research and explain relevant steps and contacts. You remain responsible for confirming requirements, submitting applications, paying fees, and obtaining approvals. This package does not include legal filings or acting as your representative.
Are vendor purchases, licenses, domains, equipment, and insurance included in the price? No. The package price pays for the planning, research, documents, and included call. Government fees, provider services, equipment, insurance, subscriptions, and other purchases are separate.
Can this guarantee that I get funding or that the business succeeds? No. This is a practical planning package. It does not guarantee financing, permits, profits, or customers. Financial scenarios use stated assumptions. Lenders may have additional document requirements.
What counts as a revision? A consolidated request to correct or refine the agreed business concept, location, and plan. Changing to a different business concept or researching another location is additional scope, which Randi discusses before any additional charge.
When will I receive it? Plus and Premium are delivered within five business days after complete intake and required information, often sooner. We identify missing information before the delivery period begins. Your included review call is arranged separately.
Does Premium include a longer call? Both packages include one 30 minute call. Premium provides deeper research, more comparisons, three financial scenarios, and two revisions.
Can I use this for a business I have already started? Tell us your current stage in the intake. We tailor the plan to your starting point within the agreed business concept and location.
