What we save

We save the name and email you provide, an optional phone number for newsletter signups, your signup date, and a record of your preferences and consent. The newsletter form asks for your full name. If you request an invitation to the private Facebook community, we also save the Facebook name, handle, or profile URL you provide so Randi can find your profile.

What you are joining

The newsletter signup is for the once weekly Lead With Randi email, including insights, updates, resources, and giveaway news. The class launch signup is a separate list for upcoming class and masterclass details. Giving a phone number is optional. The separate, optional text checkbox records your permission for occasional Lead With Randi messages about new products, coupons, and book giveaways. Leaving it unchecked does not subscribe you to marketing texts. We save your text preference and the date it was recorded. Text permission is separate from newsletter membership and is not required to join or buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How we use your information

Your signup is saved in Lead With Randi’s Systeme.io contact list. Randi can view and export it to operate the list. When signup email alerts are connected, your details are also sent to Randi’s inbox through the email sending service. Contact records are not displayed publicly.

Free resources and book giveaways

Newsletter membership is free. Physical books are offered through member giveaways, with shipping covered for winners. Joining does not guarantee a physical book. Giveaway details will be included with each opportunity.

Leave the list or correct your details

Email RandiRodriguez@omniforgeconsulting.com from the address you used to join to request removal, correction, or deletion. Tell us whether your request is for the newsletter, text updates, Facebook invitation details, or the class launch list.
