I am purchasing Team Culture Reset with Randi: one 30 day virtual engagement for one team of up to 10 people, for $749 before applicable taxes. It includes a 45 minute owner kickoff, initial and repeat team surveys, up to six private 30 minute visits, four weekly 60 minute team sessions, a findings report and action plan, a 30 minute owner review, and reusable team tools. Scheduling follows purchase. Participation is voluntary; no one will be penalized for participating or declining, and I will not seek employee attribution. Private visits are confidential, not anonymous. Complete anonymity cannot be guaranteed in a small team. This is coaching and facilitated problem solving, not an HR investigation, legal advice or therapy. Results are not guaranteed. Optional follow through is separate and is never added automatically. My order details are used to fulfill this purchase; newsletter enrollment is separate. Private appointments require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments and late cancellations count as used unless Randi approves an exception.
