My work has taken me through business ownership, retail operations, sales leadership, and responsibility for teams across multiple locations. About twenty five years of experience taught me how much leadership depends on the conversations, expectations, and decisions people face every day.
I founded Lead With Randi to help others develop that judgment, strengthen their confidence, and build a practical way forward. Lead With Randi is my main brand and business. Omni Forge Consulting is the name I use for consulting work, offered here through Lead With Randi.
